Netflix "browser not supported" error
If you've run into the error message "browser not supported" while accessing Netflix in Advanced Media Player, you need to update the browser using the steps below.
- Make sure Cygnet is closed and you are up to date on Windows updates.
- Download and install Firefox from this link http://www.somaticvision.com/Firefox.
- Once complete, make sure you can play a Netflix video in the new browser that pops up.
- Close Firefox.
- Open Cygnet.
- Open Advanced Media Player and test Netflix.
If you receive an error that says "oops, something went wrong", restart the computer and repeat the last two steps.
